BCAA Race consists of the amino acids L-leucine, L-isoleucine and L-valine, with the distribution 2: 1: 1, and L-Glutamine.
BCAAs belong to the group of essential amino acids that the body cannot produce itself and which must therefore be supplied via the diet. During exercise, there is an increased breakdown of these amino acids. By providing the body with BCAAs, muscle tissue reconstruction and repair is stimulated. The formula also contains the amino acid L-Glutamine.
L-Glutamine is a non-essential amino acid that the body can convert into other amino acids if needed for use in various processes. If the body's supply of glutamine decreases, it can manifest itself as a decrease in muscle protein synthesis.
We therefore recommend the BCAA Race for high-intensity training, both cardio and strength training.
The product is an excellent performance enhancer that is completely free of creatine, caffeine and other common performance enhancing substances.
